Poolside Living Pavilion

LOCATION: SOUTHEASTERN MICHIGAN

COMPLETED IN 2015

The addition of a pool, poolside pavilion, clay tennis court, and gardens transformed this residence into a cohesive recreational campus. Designed for both year-round living and entertaining, the pavilion includes indoor and outdoor kitchens, dining and living spaces, a bedroom, full bathroom, fireplace, and garage. Folding glass walls open the primary living areas directly to the pool, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out during the warmer months. While conceived as a gathering place for recreation and summer entertaining, the complete residential program allows the pavilion to function comfortably throughout the year.
