This extensive renovation and addition transforms an original 1926 estate while preserving its French- and English-inspired architectural character. New construction was carefully integrated with the existing residence, creating a seamless relationship between old and new. A dramatic double-height addition accommodates the kitchen, dining, and family spaces, introducing an open ceiling with exposed steel collar ties and refined contemporary finishes. Throughout the home, restored architectural details and thoughtfully designed new elements balance historic character with the needs of modern living.
